How much does it cost to host an event?
Events with a single challenge and up to 10 players are free. After that, each event starts at $99 and scales with room size, number of days, and whether it's private & branded. A private, branded ~50-player single-day event lands around $300–500. The calculator shows your exact price before checkout — there's no subscription.
Do players need to install anything or log in?
No. Players scan a QR code and play in the browser — no login, no install, any phone. You spin the event up in about a minute.
Is there a monthly subscription?
No. Regular hosting is pay-per-event, because most people run events every few months. The only subscription is Enterprise, for teams with recurring events, practice-mode seats, and custom challenges.
Can I brand the event with my own logo?
Private & branded events run in your colors. Adding your own logo alongside ours (co-branding) is available on Enterprise. The "Powered by PromptInjects" credit stays on the leaderboard on every tier — we co-brand, never white-label.
